Introduction

Aluminum silicate, also known as aluminum silicate, is a mixture of aluminum, silica, and oxygen that can be either a mineral, or combined with water to form a clay.

Production Technique

The common aluminum silicate board is manufactured with flint cla as main ingredient through melting, fiberizing (with addition of an adequate amount of cementing agent), solidification in solidification chamber and cutting. The whole process is fully PLC controlled and the product is formed in one continuous process.
